Email hello@tyzex.app with your business name, project reference if you have one, and a description of the issue. Tell us what you expected, what happened and any relevant error message. Please do not email passwords or sensitive account data.

For existing projects, the support scope and response arrangements in your agreement apply. We do not offer a universal emergency or 24-hour support commitment through this website.
