We also keep relevant correspondence and any project information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, banking details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through this form.

We use these details to understand your enquiry, respond, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing a contract with you. Where you represent a business, we also rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining business relationships.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Enquiries are delivered through Resend to the Tyzex business mailbox. Our email provider processes messages so we can respond. We do not sell your personal information.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards, transfers must use an applicable adequacy arrangement or approved contractual protections. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries while they are active and review unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months from the last meaningful contact.
